The GEZOLAN EPDM rubber granules can be processed with a one or two component polyurethane binder or coating. GEZOLAN offers colored EPDM granules for high-quality synthetic flooring for a wide variety of applications with the well-known GEZOFLEX product range as well as EPDM infill granules for artificial turf systems with the GEZOFILL product range.

GEZOFLEX – EPDM granules for sports and leisure applications

GEZOFLEX are the EPDM rubber granules for first-class elastic floor coverings. Typical applications are athletic tracks and multisport surfaces, playground safety surfaces, prefabricated slabs, molded parts and rolled goods for various surfacing solutions. The granules can be processed with a one or two component polyurethane binder or coating.

GEZOFLEX eco consists of over 90 % sustainable raw materials. It can therefore rightly be described as the world’s first sustainable EPDM granule!
In addition to its outstanding sustainability features, GEZOFLEX eco makes no compromises in terms of application variety and processing options. Like normal EPDM granules, it can be used just as variably and conveniently for all common applications.

GEZOFLEX endurance – The EPDM granules with unprecedented UV stability

GEZOFLEX endurance was developed with the goal of ensuring exceptionally high resistance to UV radiation. Based on the proven GEZOFLEX standard formulation, endurance includes not only high-performance UV stabilizers but also carefully selected raw materials of the highest quality, manufactured to very tight specifications. As a result, GEZOFLEX endurance significantly exceeds the required minimum of ≥ 3 on the grey scale – even after nearly double the standard exposure duration (9,600 kJ – 5,000 h). 
This makes GEZOFLEX endurance particularly suitable as a top layer for projects exposed to high levels of UV radiation.

GEZOFILL – EPDM infill granules for artificial turf applications

GEZOFILL are EPDM rubber granules which especially were developed to be used as infill granules in modern artificial turf systems for sports and leisure applications. Due to the special production technology, the EPDM infill granules receive a unique open-pored, foamed structure. Thus, best sport-functional properties are guaranteed with less material consumption.
